• Evening activity post dinner - Feria de la Salsa or out together for dancing

Payment - Can I pay in installments?

Short answer: YES!

A refundable deposit of $300 is needed to reserve your spot. If you register before August 15, 2023, we will honor the early bird price of $1350 even if paying in installments. Last payment must be received by November 15, 2023.

If you register after August 15, you can still pay in installments, but regular price of $1500 to be received in full by November 15, 2023.

On our website, you can pay both the early bird registration in full or regular package price in full, as well as the $300 deposit.

For payment plans, please pay via Paypal or Venmo - info@scarletmacawtrips.com - we will set up a personalized plan and maintain our tracking there.
